About the Role
As the Distribution & Marketing Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping the Distribution and Marketing functions running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level EA and operational support to senior Distribution & Marketing leaders
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and event logistics
- Assist to prepare sales reports, presentations, proposals, and other critical business documents
- Coordinate Board and Committee papers and liaise with internal stakeholders
- Oversee and reconcile expenses in accordance with company policies
- Support the planning and execution of client events and internal engagement initiatives
- Respond to inquiries from financial services, government, and corporate stakeholders
- Sydney CBD
- Salary Range from $120-140K plus super (dependant on exp)
- Strong experience working across distribution functions, providing sales, marketing and executive admin support
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly proactive with meticulous attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
