The Role:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers experiencing emergencies overseas, providing immediate, empathetic support
  • Coordinate medical and logistical assistance, including hospitalisation, evacuations, and repatriation
  • Liaise with hospitals, doctors, airlines, and local authorities to facilitate timely, effective solutions
  • Document all interactions accurately and work closely with the claims team to ensure seamless case handovers

About You: 
  • Clinical/nursing background or experience in emergency assistance, medical claims, or travel insurance
  • Strong communicator with sharp critical thinking and calm under pressure
  • Confident making fast, independent decisions in high-stress situations
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies highly valued; additional languages a bonus
