Job description

My client is a leading sales and marketing specialist across the property sector who are seeking to appoint a new team member to support their MD across EA & PA functions.

Duties for the role;
  • Diary and travel management 
  • Taking meeting minutes if/when required 
  • Supporting with and creating administration documents, letters, emails etc
  • Handling event organisation
  • Assisting with reporting
  • Providing support in budgets and projects
  • Support and coordination with personal appointments and commitments
Experience;
  • 4 years min experience supporting Executives across Executive and Personal Assistant duties
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to be the forward thinker
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail;
  • Strong across MS Office Suites 
  • A high level of computer literacy with the ability to pick up new systems efficiently
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
  • Sound judgement and the ability to maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
The is a great role if you are looking to work within a creative business and have a passion for the property space.

Role is paying between 90-100k and will see you support and collaborate with the MD onsite at their head office.
