In this key role supporting the CEO, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a complex and fast-paced calendar
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Handling expenses and ensuring timely reconciliations
- Organising and managing events and team functions
- Overseeing key administrative tasks and maintaining internal databases
- Preparing board documents and executive-level presentations
- Providing general office coordination and support to the wider team
- Salary up to $130,000K+ super depending on experience
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives
- Strong background in financial services (investment management, institutional banking, or wealth management preferred)
- Adaptable and solutions-focused, with the ability to thrive in a changing environment
- Highly proficient across Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to document and task management
