About the Position:
As Executive Assistant the main duties of the role include:
- Supporting the CEO in diary management, travel arrangements and presentation preparation
- Coordinating & booking meetings (internal and external)
- Minute taking and preparation of reports for strategy meetings
- Assisting the office manager with supplier management and building management
- Immediate start on a temporary basis
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Foot in the door to a global insurer
- Gain event experience and assist with large corporate functions

To be a successful candidate, the client is looking for the below experience:
- Previous experience as a PA/EA is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office/SharePoint/OneDrive/MSL
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility in your approach to work and a willingness to help out where required
- Friendly & approachable
