The Role
As a Farm Insurance Reporting Specialist you will:
- Provide Policy reviews via telephone for nominated existing clients
- Process endorsements and changes in a timely manner
- Ensure all client records are up to date and maintained correctly
- Provide administrative support to the wider team
- Deliver first class customer service
- Experience in insurance is essential
- Understanding of the rural sector
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn
- Be based anywhere in Victoria
- WFH full time
