About the Client:
A leading insurance brokerage firm known for delivering tailored solutions and exceptional client service, is seeking a dedicated Insurance Broking Support Person to join their team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist insurance brokers with the administration and management of client portfolios.
  • Prepare and process insurance quotes, policies, and renewals.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and resolution of queries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
  • Support the team in preparing documentation for policy changes, claims, and cancellations.
  • Monitor client policies and assist with premium collection and payments.
  • Assist with claims processing and ensure timely follow-up with clients and insurers.
  • Provide general administrative support to the broking team, including correspondence and filing.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior experience within insurance (broking, claims, underwriting or admin)
  • A basic understanding of insurance products and terminology is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
