The Opportunity- 360 Recruitment Consultant
As a Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant for our Insurance division, you are responsible for running your desk and having ownership and accountability for key activities, including but not limited to:
- visiting clients
- working on open orders
- conducting interviews
- headhunting candidates
- briefing candidates
- reverse marketing candidates to clients
- offer negotiations
- conducting reference checks
- networking with Insurance professionals
• min 2 years + of recruitment agency experience
• team player mindset
• previous experience in the insurance (life, general, workers compensation) sector will be highly regarded
• excellent ability to build relationships with clients
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• previous track record of securing terms of business with new clients
• Ability to mentor and develop future team members
• A persistent and resilient attitude
