The Company

My client is an International Insurance Brokerage, based in Newcastle. Due to growth, they are seeking a Broker Assistant to join their team. In exchange for your hard work, they will provide you with the on going training and support necessary to build a long term career in insurance.


The role

As an Internal Account Executive, you will be a part of a team which is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of the company's portfolio , regarding their insurance needs. Your duties may include:
  • Answer general insurance queries
  • Assist with renewals, quotes and endorsements
  • Help to generate new business
  • Develop your product knowledge
  • Manage a small portfolio of business
About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally meet most of the following criteria:
  • 1-5 years of insurance experience
  • Tier 1 is would be an advantage
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Customer Service experience
  • Proven ability to meet KPI's 
  • Excellent communication skills
