- Manage a portfolio of impairment-related Workers' Compensation claims
- Provide technical advice and support, including attendance at arbitrations
- Collaborate with a team of Liability, Rehab, and Claims Specialists under a highly supportive manager
- Ensure accurate, fair decision-making and share technical expertise with broader claims teams
- Contribute to a continuous improvement culture where your voice matters
- 2–3 years' experience in Workers’ Compensation
- Strong understanding of WC legislation and dispute resolution processes
- Confident providing advice, handling technical matters, and navigating arbitration
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
