Our client is a global leader in insurance. Founded over a century ago, this Insurance heavyweight is seeking a skilled individual within the motor claims space to join them as a Motorcycle Claims Consultant. 
 
The Role will involve: 

• Maintaining a portfolio of Motor claims end to end
• Conducting claim negotiations
• Providing support and advice to policy holders
• Communicating ideas and information to stakeholders when necessary
• Operational decision making

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in Customer Service, with experience on phones preferred.
• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Experience in managing claims end to end
• Literacy in technology and systems in current use within the insurance industry
• Exceptional organisational skills
