Based in the heart of the city, with stunning Martin Place offices, and a close-knit team of 25 - this is the perfect opportunity for an administration assistant seeking a new challenge within the fast-paced finance industry.
The Role
As an Office Administrator, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Managing incoming calls
- Managing and maintaining meeting rooms
- Ordering office supplies
- Drafting and checking reports
- Organising staff and client events/lunches
- Travel and diary management as required
- Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 5.00pm
- Location: Martin Place - Sydney CBD
- Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 + superannuation
To become a core member of the team as an Office Administrator, you will have:
- 1+ years' experience in an administration role
- Immaculate corporate presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to use your initiative and work pro-actively
