The Role
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answer inbound calls/make outbound calls in a consistent and professional manner.
- Conduct lead generation and sales calls, building a client base
- Arranging vehicle inspection appointments liaising with related Stakeholders
- Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing, future sale opportunities.
- Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8am - 8pm
- Duration: Permanent opportunity
- Location: Greystanes, NSW, 2145
You
As a successful Customer Experience Specialist, you will offer:
- 3+ Years in customer service experience, ideally in a senior role
- Flexible availability
- Strong influencing skills
- Ability to work independently
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
