The Role
- Ensure the claims data is maintained and all data validations are completed as planned
- Reconcile payments entered into Operations Claims database to ensure accuracy of reporting
- Ensuring that data mappings for applicable portfolio are maintained and up to date
- Ensure any audit actions for applicable portfolio and followed up and actioned per allocated timeframe
- Provide reporting and analysis as required
- Document and follow administration procedures
- Assist with special projects or ad hoc duties as requested
- MUST have advanced level of competency in Excel and other relevant programs.
- Actuarial, Data Analytical, Finance or other related tertiary qualification.
- Experience working within Life Insurance.
- Sound knowledge of Life Insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
