• Achieve new business, rate and retention targets 
• Design and implement effective strategies to achieve growth
• Adhere to underwriting, compliance and file documentation standards 
• Develop and implement business development strategies 
• Manage broker and key account relationships 
• Engage and cooperate with various internal stakeholders 

The Candidate: 

• Proven understanding of underwriting appetites
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Keen to learn with a can-do attitude
• Track record of building relationships with new and existing brokers nationally in order to retain a profitable portfolio
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
