The Role
As a Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to: 
  • Responsible for answering incoming internal and external calls and transferring to correct person/department
  • Diary and meeting room management
  • Equipment set up for new starters
  • Administrative duties
  • Mail/courier handling
  • Manage the visitor offices/desks with current office and printer maps, stationery, telephone contacts, login information and assist with any requirements of visiting staff
  • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 including superannuation
  • Hours: Monday-Friday; 7:45am-4:15pm OR 9am-5:30pm
  • Location: Sydney CBD, full-time in the office

As a successful Corporate Receptionist and Administration officer, you will offer:
  • Previous Reception, Administration or Office Management experience 
  • IT savvy
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Immaculate Presentation 
  • Full working rights in Australia preferred
