Our client is a multi award winning, private commercial construction company. They operate nationwide in Australia and have offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Canberra. They are looking for a receptionist on a short-term basis based in the Sydney Office.
The Role
As a Receptionist, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Meet and greet visitors
- Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Correspond to emails
- Book meeting rooms and ensure office is stocked
- General ad hoc administration duties
- Salary: $25.91/hour + Superannuation
- Location: Waterloo
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
As a successful Receptionist, you will offer:
- Previous Reception experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
