The Role 
As a Receptionist your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Front desk reception, meeting and greeting clients
  • Administration support
  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Processing mail 
  • General upkeep of the office and meeting rooms 
  • Basic accounts assistance 
  • Ordering of office supplies 
You
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Previous reception or administration experience 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
  • Willingness to learn 
  • Friendly and welcoming personality 
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
