The Role
As an Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Processing documents relating to claims and assisting with a backlog 
  • Lodging claims into the system 
  • Managing and processing documents on the database 
  • Answering customer queries 
  • Ad hoc duties as required 
  • Location: Sydney but working from home initially 
  • Salary: $26/hour - $30/hour + Superannuation (depending on experience) 
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm 
  • Contract: Temporary for 6 months with the opportunity to extend
As a successful Insurance Administrator, you will offer:
  • Previous administration experience within an insurance company
  • Ideally has experience working in life insurance, superannuation or workers compensation 
  • Availability for at least the next 6 months and ideally has full working rights in Australia 
  • High level of processing and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
