As a Receptionist, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Meeting and Greeting clients and employees
- Work with a switchboard
- Complete all phone correspondence
- Ad-hoc administration duties
- Assist with couriers and the mail room
- Location: Melbourne - South Yarra
- Salary: $25-$30/hour + Superannuation
- Hours: Thursday and Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:30 PM
As a successful Receptionist, you will offer:
- Previous Reception experience
- Front of house experience
- Experience working with a switchboard
- Excellent communication skills
