The Role
As an Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Processing documents relating to claims and assisting with a backlog
- Lodging claims into the system
- Managing and processing documents on the database
- Answering customer queries
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Location: Sydney but working from home initially
- Salary: $26/hour - $30/hour + Superannuation (depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Contract: Temporary for 6 months with the opportunity to extend
As a successful Insurance Administrator, you will offer:
- Previous administration experience within an insurance company
- Ideally has experience working in life insurance, superannuation or workers compensation
- Availability for at least the next 6 months and ideally has full working rights in Australia
- High level of processing and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
