The Role

As a Trade Counter Sales Representative and the face of the company, your primary responsibility will be assisting customers at the trade counter, offering product advice, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Including:
  • Greet and assist customers at the trade counter, providing product information and recommendations.
  • Driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, promoting products, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and promote additional products or services to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
  • Keep updated with industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives by achieving individual sales

  • Salary $60-70K+ super and commission

You
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail environment, preferably within the security or technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of security surveillance products and technologies is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in computer skills
