To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as a Senior Account Executive or and Account Executive ready to take the next step in your career
• Client-focused, with outstanding relationship / customer management skills
• General insurance experience - Strata/Property/Commercial or related fields
• Technical insurance/broking skills - RG146 compliance  
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work to Service Level Agreements
• Excellent Attention to Detail
