About the Role:
As a Strata Broker, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of strata clients. You'll work closely with internal teams and underwriters to deliver tailored insurance solutions, maintain strong relationships, and ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of strata clients with a focus on retention and service excellence
  • Prepare and present renewal documents, quotes, and policy recommendations
  • Liaise with underwriters to negotiate terms and ensure competitive offerings
  • Respond to client queries and provide expert guidance on strata policies
  • Identify opportunities to expand coverage or cross-sell additional services
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5 years previous experience in strata broking (or property-related general insurance)
  • Tier 1 qualified
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive, client-first attitude
