As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
Salary: $35.15+ Super per hour (paid weekly)
Location: Abbotsford – Parking available onsite; hybrid work-from-home flexibility offered once fully trained

The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Providing accurate, timely, and detailed information to clients
- Managing a mix of inbound and outbound calls
- Processing and executing client dividend payments with precision
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure critical milestones are met efficiently and accurately
- Coordinating the distribution of mail and digital communications to stakeholders
- Performing general administrative duties as required

You

- Prior customer service experience in a professional setting
- Experience in financial services (highly regarded)
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality over quantity
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Solid computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry capabilities
