My client aims to deliver superior insurance broking and risk advisory services to corporate Australia and multinational businesses.
With the support of their shareholder, an ASX-listed business that allows considerable leverage across all key insurance markets.

The Opportunity:
 
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join the Brisbane Corporate Team, this person would be responsible for a large book of Mid-Market/Corporate Clients. There would be support from junior brokers to assist with servicing. 
 
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for providing service for a key portfolio of diverse corporate clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio. This Account Manager Role is considered a key driver to the long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region.
 
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. 
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience
  • Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Corporate business
  • High Level servicing role 
  • Mentorship and development of team members within the region
About you:
 
This position will suit someone with the following experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Insurance broking experience
  • First-class communication and presentation skills
  • Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Corporate Insurance products
  • Tier 1 Qualification
