The Company
Our client is very well established in the automotive industry and represents a range of quality, luxurious brands. They are currently recruiting for a Showroom Host to support their team on a full-time permanent basis. They are looking for candidates in both their showrooms in Parramatta and Castle Hill and are known for their great work culture!

The Role:
As a Showroom Host, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Meet and greet all customers who enter the showroom
  • Provide seamless, personalized experiences for every customer
  • Deal with general customer inquiries
  • Excite and educate prospective customers about the brand and the products
  • Salary: $50,000-$55,000  Superannuation (Double time on Sunday)
  • Permanent Full-time Position - Weekend work required - Wednesday - Sunday Roster (Full working rights required)
  • Showroom Hours: Wednesday- Friday 8.30am-5.30pm Saturday 9am-5pm Sunday - 10am to 5pm
  • Location: Parramatta and Castle Hill - close to public transport 
You:
In order to become a part of this exciting new brand, you will have:
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Hospitality experience advantageous  
  • Experience providing luxury/high-end customer service ideal but not essential
  • Immaculate corporate presentation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Passion for customer service and/or the automotive industry
