- Competitive salary of $100,000 - $110,000 + Superannuation (depending on experience)

As an Internal Recruiter, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing internal stakeholders and assisting with all hiring needs
- Sourcing candidates from a variety of platforms including Seek and LinkedIn
- Phone Screening candidates and sourcing referrals
- Recruitment administration
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews for hiring managers
- End to the end recruitment process
- Focussed on roles within the technology space but also work on a variety of roles across the business
- Reference and employment checks as required
- Assist with recruitment projects and suggest new ideas on how they can improve
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum of 2-4 years Recruitment Experience Essential (open to an agency or in-house recruitment)
- A strong ability to manage internal stakeholders
- Experience working with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or SEEK
- A strong sense of initiative and the ability to follow the process
- Ability to multi-task
- A positive, can-do attitude!
