The Role 
As an Internal Recruiter, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Sourcing candidates from a variety of platforms including Seek and LinkedIn
  • Phone Screening candidates and sourcing referrals 
  • Recruitment administration
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews for hiring managers 
  • End to the end recruitment process 
  • Focussed on roles within the technology space but also work on a variety of roles across the business 
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • A minimum of 2-year Recruitment Experience Essential (open to an agency or in-house recruitment) 
  • Technology recruitment experience is preferred but not essential 
  • Experience working with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or SEEK 
  • A strong sense of initiative and the ability to follow the process 
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • A positive, can-do attitude!
