About the Role:
Providing support to the Executive Leadership Team, the role includes but is not limited to:
- Calendar management
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Expense management
- Event planning and management
- Administration and maintaining databases
- Assist in the preparation of board documents and presentations
- Office coordination and support as required
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
- Experience providing support to multiple executives
- Experience working within the financial services, professional services industry or a start up business
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and multitask
- Strong Microsoft Suite ability
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail and document management skills
- Being apart of an exciting business experiencing high levels of growth
