About the Role: 
Providing support to the Executive Leadership Team, the role includes but is not limited to: 
  • Calendar management 
  • Coordinating travel arrangements 
  • Expense management 
  • Event planning and management
  • Administration and maintaining databases 
  • Assist in the preparation of board documents and presentations
  • Office coordination and support as required 
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
Ideal Candidate: 
  • Experience providing support to multiple executives
  • Experience working within the financial services, professional services industry or a start up business 
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and multitask
  • Strong Microsoft Suite ability 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • High attention to detail and document management skills
