Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property, liability or motor underwriting.
- Confidence and a willingness to take on challenges and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers and partners.
- Proficiency in underwriting software and tools.
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and best practices.
