Responsibilities:
Your duties would include but not limited to:
- Responding to queries via telephone and email
- Ensuring policy endorsements are accurate and completed
- Assisting with premium payments and referring any discrepancies to the relevant departments
- Updating and maintaining files
- Liaising with Brokers
- General data entry and administrative duties
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Experience within insurance is necessary
- High level of attention to detail and multi tasking
- Strong IT skills
- Work on own initiative
- Gain experience supporting branches in Australia and Asia
- Be part of a dynamic and innovative team
- Work from home and office (depending on covid)
