The Company
Our client is an Australian-born entrepreneurial organization that provides products & service to more than 70 countries globally!
We are currently assisting them in the recruitment of an Administration Officer for their close-knit team in their conveniently located Condell Park office. This role has opportunities to convert to permanent as well as grow within several departments. 

The Role
As an Administration Officer, your duties will include:
  • Managing online inquiries from customers in relation to product inquiries, orders & complaints 
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders 
  • Follow up with clients regarding missing invoices via phone
  • Correspond to e-mails
  • Provide support to the team 
  • Filing, scanning, faxing and data entry duties
  • Location: Condell Park 
  • Salary: $27.00 - $29.00/hour + Superannuation 
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - between 8:00am to 6:00pm (37.5 hour week)
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you will have:
  • 1-2 years' experience in an administration based role
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • A passion for providing quality customer service
  • A positive, confident approach problem-solving
