Job description

The Responsibilities
  • Provide immediate assistance to customers experiencing emergencies while traveling
  • Handle incoming calls and messages with urgency, empathy, and professionalism
  • Coordinate emergency services including medical evacuations, hospital admissions, or replacement travel arrangements
  • Liaise with hospitals, doctors, service providers, and internal claims teams
  • Keep detailed and accurate case notes

About You
To be successful in the role, you will have: 
  • Experienced in customer service, emergency response, or assistance (ideally within insurance, healthcare, or travel)
  • Ability to manage emergency situations 
  • Able to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends as part of a rotating schedule
  • Excellent communication skills
