A leading Insurance Brokerage is looking for an experienced Claims Consultant due to the expansion of their team.
The Role
As a Claims Executive you will be responsible for carrying out various General Insurance claims activities in a timely manner and management reporting. You will need to demonstrate a strong ability in negotiating favourable claims settlements for clients and escalating a claim. In addition, other duties include:

The Role
As a Claims Executive you will be responsible for carrying out various General Insurance claims activities in a timely manner and management reporting. You will need to demonstrate a strong ability in negotiating favourable claims settlements for clients and escalating a claim. In addition, other duties include:
- Manage a portfolio of Property, Motor, Marine and Liability Claims
- Apply claims policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Liaise and manage various stakeholders
- 2 years experience managing General Insurance Claims, ideally in property claims or a mixed portfolio.
- Legal Degrees looked favourably on but not necessary.
- Experience with high volume claim portfolios
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
- Work alongside a highly experienced and dynamic team
