Job Description
Our client is seeking a Claims Consultant for a full-time permanent position. Strata experience is preferred and a Property claims background is also suitable. Applicants with a Working Holiday Visa are welcome to apply if they have relevant experience.
The Role
- Managing a portfolio of Commercial Property Claims
- Conduct timely investigations to determine damage
- Providing support and advice to policy holders
- Liaising with stakeholders when necessary
- General administration duties
- 1 year of handling claims
- Strata or Property experience preferred
- Experience in managing claims end to end
- Ability to deal with high volume claims
- A sense of urgency due to quick turnover on claims
