The Role
- Process a high volume of property damage claims
- Act as a customer service agent
- Providing support and advice to clients
- Liaising with stakeholders when necessary
- Location: Auburn
- Duration: 6 weeks with potential to turn permanent for the right candidate
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
- Hourly Rate: $30 p/hour plus super
- Experience working in the insurance industry is desired but not necessary
- Experience working in a call centre environment
- Ability to deal with high volume calls
- Adaptable with excellent communication skills
- Opportunity to turn permanent
