The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Ensure all incoming calls and emails are handled in a friendly, professional manner
- Effectively Managing work orders in a timely manner through multiple portals.
- Building strong, long-standing relationships with clients
- Following up with various departments and technicians to ensure the best service possible.
- Scheduling Service calls
- Ensure all Systems are accurately updated
- Location: Condell Park - parking on site available!
- Salary: $60-65K + Super + Attractive Bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday - between 8:00am to 6:00pm (37.5 hour week)
- Office Based Training, with some WFH flexibility upon completion.
As a successful Customer Service Representative you will offer:
- Previous call centre experience is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Portal management experience - comfortable across Pronto or Salesforce is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail across data entry
- A passion to learn, with the drive to grow and progress
- A positive, confident approach to problem-solving
- Team player
