Job description

Our client, a global leader in sustainably moving goods, partners with over 250,000 supply chains across the Globe and plays a crucial part in connecting people and businesses to our everyday life's essentials. Now looking to grow their supportive and very busy customer service team. 

  • Provide first call resolution for all customer service and logistics inquiries
  • Handle all inbound/outbound communications (phone/email)
  • Process and amend new deliveries or cancellations
  • Problem solve any account or logistics related issues
  • Effectively communicate with customers in relation to their transport requests and notify of any delays to deliveries 
  • Focus on the customer to ensure their needs and pain points are addressed and solutions are met. 
  • SALARY: $29- 32 per hour + super 
  • HOURS: Monday-Friday, 7.30am and 5pm Rota (37.5 hours)
  • LOCATION: Lidcombe
  • SAP and Salesforce Experience preferred
  • Previous Supply chain experience is highly regarded
  • Comfortable handling high volume of inbound/outbound calls and emails
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while working independently
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn
