The Company
Our client is a very well established company in the financial services industry. They have offices in 20 countries and are now seeking superior customer service representative's to join their busy team in Melbourne.

The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative your role will include:
  • Providing a high level of customer service to stakeholders
  • Attending to customer enquiries
  • Giving detailed and accurate information to clients in a timely manner
  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Corresponding with clients via email where necessary
  • Ensuring detailed notes and accurate database updates
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Temp to Perm Opportunities
  • January 10th start!
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Previous Customer Service experience within a professional working environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills 
  • A quality over quantity approach to work
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
