Our client is an Australian-born entrepreneurial organization who are now world leaders in drinking water solutions, proving products & services to more than 70 countries globally!
We are currently assisting their growing team, in the recruitment of Customer Service Representatives. Start immediately, with a detailed training pathway and have the flexibility to work from home in a hybrid structure after training. You'll have a great support network available that focus on providing the highest customer service experience for their clients. A team fully invested in their people, progression, and promotion from within.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Handling all inbound calls or emails in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring at all times customer service is the highest priority
- Following up with various departments and technicians to ensure accurate information is communicated to clients
- Ensuring all databases are updated accurately
- Handling warranty enquires, scheduling technician calls
- Processing invoices
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Location: Condell Park
- Hours: Monday to Friday - between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (37.5 hour week)
- Salary: $60,000 + Super (with potential to earn up to 10% bonus) With Temp and Perm postions available
As a successful Customer Service Representative, you will offer:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment (call centre preferred)
- A quality over-quantity approach to great customer service
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry ideal
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, confident approach to problem-solving
- Reliable, hard working approach and can-do attitude
