The Role
Your duties as an Executive Assistant will include but not be limited to:
- Act as the point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
- Diary Management
- Handle correspondence via phone and e-mail
- Make travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Produce reports and presentations
- Maintain databases and filing systems
- Location: South Yarra
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
- Salary: $40.00 - $45.00/hour + Superannuation
As a successful Executive Assistant, you will offer:
- Previous experience as an EA at C-Suite level
- 2-5 years experience as an EA
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional discretion
