They are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their vibrant team in Sydney CBD. 

About the Position: 
As Executive Assistant the main duties of the role include: 
  • Supporting the CEO in diary management, travel arrangements and presentation preparation
  • Coordinating & booking meetings (internal and external)
  • Minute taking and preparation of reports for strategy meetings
  • Assisting the office manager with supplier management and building management
  • Additional support to CFO and Chairman as required

About You: 
To be a successful candidate, the client is looking for the below experience:
  • Previous experience as a PA/EA for at least 3+ years
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Flexibility in your approach to work and a willingness to help out where required
