The Company:

The Role:
Professional Development Program (PDP) is an intensive 4 month developmental training program held in their office in the USA (you will access it remotely). My client will ensure that you have both the soft and hard skills to hit the ground running at a client site as a Guardian Consultant. My clients program provides you with a strong foundation of consulting methodologies, personal brand development, technology and client strategy on which to build a career with them.

Duties:
  • Monitor applications from the end user to the data center.
  • Supporting operations staff by providing critical application performance, availability and capacity data. Review performance trends and service desk tickets to aid in proactive monitoring efforts.
  • Helping our clients obtain the maximum value from existing investments, while allowing their IT staff to focus on core capabilities and activities just to name a few.
  • SALARY: $60,000 + Superannuation
  • LOCATION: Canberra (WFH available)
  
The Person:
  • Australian Citizens / Permanent Residents Only!
  • Bachelor’s degree in either computer science, information technology or related.
  • Able to understand database designs and different accesses.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills, we need a clear communicator with excellent attention to detail.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile at times and work outside of business hours when required.
  • Aware of various technology stacks and how they function.
