Seeking a HR Generalist to join a collaborative and growing HR team for a 12 month FTC!

Key Responsibilities:
- HR: Oversee the end-to-end HR function for two Business Units, including competitive market research for salary scales, candidate interviews, offer preparation, HR induction, and offboarding.
- HR Administration: Manage HR administration, encompassing payroll, allowances, superannuation, workers' compensation, life insurance, training - This includes handling taxation, superannuation obligations, allowances, travel for expats, and preparing documents for secondments and intercompany service agreements.
- Collaboration with HQ: Work closely with HQ to support all company HR initiatives, projects, and campaigns as needed.
- Compliance and Advisory: Ensure compliance with Australian employment law, manage employee-related issues, and advise managers on a broad range of workplace matters.
- Talent Development: Oversee career development and talent management initiatives.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Lead the temporary visa process, including labour market testing, and act as the primary contact for all immigration-related matters.
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent of years of experience

- Minimum of 5-10 years across a HR role
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work across all levels of stakeholders
- Full working rights required
- Working onsite 5 days per week
