Recruitment Consultant

Joining the Perm Business Support team, your core responsibilities will include:
  • business development activities including cold calling and face to face client meetings
  • building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients across a range of different industries
  • proactively networking and sourcing candidates within your space 
  • negotiating and deal making between clients and candidates

  Skills & Experience 
  • Previous recruitment experience, 6-12 months  (Business Support is preferable but not ideal) 
  • experience working towards targets or KPI’s
  • achievement orientated approach
