The Role
The Marine Senior Claims Consultant will carry out many duties including:
- Managing a portfolio of 75-100 marine claims
- Dealing with day to day servicing of marine insurance policies
- Liaising closely with all stakeholders talking through strategies and requirements
- Managing accounts whilst working on a diverse portfolio of marine products
- Between 2-5 years experience managing marine claims
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 ANZIIF qualification
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with all stakeholders
- Experience dealing with a variety of clients
- Dispute resolution and negotiation skills
- A can do attitude with willingness to learn
