Ideal Candidate

• 3 years minimum experience managing commercial claims. Brokerage setting experience favoured, commercial property insurance claims preferred. 
• Engaging, outgoing and resilient personality desired. Stakeholder management / rapport building crucial to the position. 
• Ability to be flexible in role and do what's needed to assist the team.
• Experience with high volume claim portfolios.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.

The Role

• Manage mixed lines portfolios of claims across the country out of the Bundall, 4217 office. 
• Apply claims policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Liaise and manage various stakeholders
