Our client is a rapidly growing Insurance Broker that is looking for a team leader to join their Gold Coast office. Provide leadership and strategic direction to a Broking team, while managing a portfolio of Commercial Property clients.
Role
In this role you will:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients
- Maintain client relationships
- Prepare renewal documents
- Supervise, mentor and train staff
- Utilise your sales ability and negotiation skills when delivering prospective plans to all relevant parties
- Develop your career in insurance
- Be part of a rapidly growing company
- Quarterly lunches and drinks on Friday
- Tertiary qualifications in a business related discipline
- ANZIIF Tier 2 qualification mandatory, however Tier 1 is preferred
- experience in Strata, property or ISR products
- proven experience managing or mentoring staff
- be professionally presented
- be able to work effectively with a team
