The Role
As an Accounts Administration Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Data entry
- Allocating premium payments
- Resolve any payment variances or issues
- Administration duties including archiving, email liaison, filing
- Ensuring records relating to each allocated cash transaction kept up to date.
- Assist the Accounting and Finance team with ad hoc duties
In order to be successful for this role, you will offer:
- Previous administration experience
- Accounting/Finance background beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong time management skills & a fantastic attention to detail
- Strong Word, Excel & typing skills
