The Role:
As an Administration Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Provide administration support with the Studio Manager 
• Diary management 
• Organizing and coordinating vehicle deliveries 
• Setting up test drives
• Inbox management 
• General personal assistant work
• Assisting with Concierge work as required meeting and greeting all customers who enter the showroom
• Respond to email and phone inquiries 
• Contract: Casual contract - work the hours that suit you! Minimum of 3-5 days of work per week
