Ideal Candidate

• Experience managing claims in the general insurance claims space would be ideal.
• Open to candidates who come from a customer service or admin background within the insurance space also.
• Willingness to learn and upskill.
• A true team player with great communication skills.

The Role

• Manage a mixed commercial lines portfolio across the property, motor, liability and financial lines claims space.
• Apply claims policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Liaise and manage various stakeholders.
