As a Customer Service Consultant you will be responsible for:

The role
As a Customer Service Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls from existing customers
- Respond to emails
- Advise customers on their current policy
- Provide support to team members who are on the road
- Process policy changes and all administrative duties as required
- Experience in insurance is essential
- Call centre experienced is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- WFH full time
- 5 weeks annual leave
