The Company:
Our client is an innovative platform that connects business' and customers to a community of independent couriers across Australia. The client operates differently and better compared to a traditional courier or delivery business. That’s why they've won the best courier award three years in a row!

The Role:
  • Continue the growth of customers within the clients SMB (small to medium business) sized customers
  • Support existing customers on their journey through their own growth and the best way of interacting within our market leading platform
  • Identify suitable customers, engage at both a strategic and transactional level, overcome obstacles and provide on-line and phone support confidently is critical to your success within this exciting role
  • Operate across multiple geographies and time-zones
  • Administrative duties
  • Creating runs 
  • Customer liaising 
  • Salary: $60,000-$65,000 + Superannuation
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
  • Location: Sydney City (work from home may be available after probation)

  • Tech savvy
  • A background in customer facing roles and/or telesales
  • Previous experience working within a software/technology environment is highly regarded
  • Previous experience working within transport/courier is highly regarded
  • Someone who is self-motivated and has high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Intermediate-Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
